Futuro MCB, S.A. is a microfinance institution committed to becoming a leading provider of accessible financial services and products tailored to the needs of people who are excluded from, or have limited access to, the banking sector.

To meet this need, we developed a comprehensive internal management application — from prototype to deployment — combining intuitive design with technology to optimize the bank’s processes. Our approach was built on two key pillars: User Experience (UX/UI) and Efficiency & Automation.
